1 1/2 pounds chicken wings, separated into drums and flats if desired
Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/3 cup Red Duck Sweet Mustard Peppercorn BBQ Sauce
Freshly cut veggies and dipping sauce, for serving (optional)
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Prepare a baking sheet by setting a wire rack inside.
Pat dry the chicken wings, place into a large bowl, season with salt and pepper, drizzle with olive oil, and toss to coat.
Bake chicken wings until cooked through and crispy, 40-45 minutes if separated into drums and flats, 45-50 minutes if left whole. Transfer to a large bowl, along with Red Duck Sweet Mustard Peppercorn BBQ Sauce, and toss to coat. Serve immediately with your favorite veggies and dip.
Serves 2 as a main dish, 4 as a side.
